Agree to a statement of work and assign YBP resources to the engagement. We will start with building or shoring up your financial foundation and general ledger. Set up meeting and reporting structure with leadership.
Provide routine financial reporting package and key performance indicators as agreed. Work with leadership on strategic initiatives and broader analysis related to growth objectives.
Develop documentation of financial procedures and controls. Ensure staff is trained appropriately per plan. Evaluate YBP/Client relationship to ensure needs are continuing to be met.
